El Príncipe Gris (Via 5, esq. Ruta 3, Ciudad de Guatemala) – this bar is for those
curious about the “craft beer” movement that’s gotten some popularity in America. If
you want to sip a frothy artisan beer, head to the newly opened El Principe Gris, located
in a secluded lower level of the Casa del Águila Cultural Center. This trendy
microbrewery serves a wide range of IPAs, artisanal lagers, hefeweizens and coffee
stouts. There’s also some food to accompany that brew (sausages, burgers, etc).
