Almacén Troccoli (5a Avenida Norte e/3ª Calle Poniente, Antigua) – this wine bar,
housed in a 450-year-old structure (one of the oldest houses in Antigua), got its name
from an Italian merchant who settled in Antigua in 1898, establishing an imported goods
store (where wines, liqueurs, cigars, sweets and fine fabrics were brought in from
Europe for his local elite clientele). Nowadays, fine wines and liquors can be purchased
here. There’s a roof terrace, where one can take in the view of the city, while close by,
there’s an Italian restaurant (“El Sabor del Tiempo”) for those wanting to eat.er.
